Where Two Hearts Meet by Carrie Turansky is a five star two story novella. It contains the stories Tea For Two and Wherever Love Takes Us These stories are about two sisters, Allison and Tessa, who owned the Sweet Something Teashop. In Tea For Two Allison is worried about her shop because the weather is keeping customers away Then Tyler moves back in town and wants to rebuild their relationship after leaving without a word six years ago, can she trust him again This is a special little romance about forgiveness and trust and really learning what love is.In Wherever Love Takes Us Tessa is bitter about her husband s past business dealings When Matt learns he has inherited an old resort lodge and wants to move to Oregon, the bitterness becomes forceful and it takes accident to bring Matt and Tessa together again Both of these stories are only ten short chapters but so full of life s lessons and real life If you apply the lessons learned in this novella, you will improve your Christian walk even through the book is fiction. These stories are sweet and a little bit of humor in Tea For Tea with a Kiss the Cook apron I have to say my favorite of the two is Wherever Love Takes Us stories.I was given a copy for an honest review. I really enjoyed both of these Novella s Each Novella lead me on two different journeys that really touched my heart in different ways Carrie Turansky managed to deliver two stories that was short in size but was not short in detail I did not feel short changed by these stories Excellent for an afternoon read with coffee This was a very good collection of two novellas It was my first time reading a book by Carrie Turansky and I definitely look forward to trying of her work in the future.I liked the first novella, Tea for Two It was definitely a heartwarming story and there were a couple of scenes in particular that I loved, but I felt like the characters fell a little flat and I kept feeling like I didn t really know them very well, which was a bit disappointing, but I m guessing that was mainly due to the word count limit of a novella this short This was a good story that I liked I give Tea for Two 3 stars.Wherever Love Takes Us was by far my favorite of the two Which quite surprised me because I m not usually that big a fan of romances that are about couples having difficulty in their marriage, but this was an absolutely delightful story of forgiveness and reconciliation I just really loved everything about it The faith thread was perfectly woven in, and there was so much dimension to the characters that I felt like I knew them I can totally see myself re reading this one in the future Anyway I just really loved Wherever Love Takes Us and I rate it 4 stars I highly recommend this collection of two novellas, it makes for a great summer read, too I really liked both of these novellas Sometimes, with the shorter format, the storyline feels rushed, or incomplete I definitely did not feel that was the case with either of these two stories, even though each of them were only 10 chapters each and read quickly.I liked how faith and returning to faith played a major part in both of the sisters stories I appreciated the reminder to give God our WHOLE hearts, and not keep back some part that wants to be in control of where our story goes When both Allie and Tessa gave up that bit of control, God was able to work miracles in their lives. Where Two Hearts Meet is actually 2 novellas in one Each one deals with a different sister They are both very sweet, true to life and God honoring.I read Carrie Turansky s Governess of Highland Hall last year and am looking forward to The Daughter of Highland Hall this fall.I don t think you ll go wrong with this book. Where Two Hearts Meet is composed of two novellas I found them both to be such sweet and tender stories A great read with the message of forgiveness and compromise with those we love You couldn t ask for any from this great, romantic, clean, and inspiring book I would recommend anyone to read it. I enjoyed these two novellas They re each faith filled along with a sweet romance. Where Two Hearts Meet is made up of two connected novellas about a pair of sisters, Allison and Tessa They own and operate a teashop in Princeton, New Jersey In these two novellas, we get a peek into their lives and see both women get a second chance at love.In the first novella, Tea For Two, we follow Allison as she navigates the unsettling feelings that arise when a man she once loved shows up in her life again In the second novella, Wherever Love Takes Us, we watch as Tessa and her husband work to heal a strained marriage, while trying to understand God s plan for their family. What impressed me with these two novellas is that they are each ten chapters, but they are packed with emotion and fully defined, well written characters The author was able to tell very detailed stories and fill them with tension, attraction, and eventually forgiveness and redemption.I definitely recommend Where Two Hearts Meet to fans of Christian romance The Kindle price is very reasonable, and I noticed that if you are a Kindle Prime member, you can borrow this book for free, as well.I received a complimentary copy of this novella collection from the author in exchange for an honest review, which I have given. You can read this review on my blog at Originally posted on the January 2017 Mini Review postTwo very sweet novellas I loved Turansky s Edwardian Brides series, so I was a little nervous excited worrying that they wouldn t be as good, but these novellas were really great Tea For Two This was my favorite of the two novellas It was sweet and clean and I really liked the characters and Sweet Something, too, of course I want to own a place like that or at least visit it Content clean No language violence A couple kisses, none very detailed A mention of adultery treated as wrong , I believe 5 5 starsWherever Love Takes Us I didn t enjoy this one as much probably because I m not married and had trouble getting into the characters, understanding them, etc This would probably be better enjoyed by someone who s married and a little older than me I did tack on half a star because OREGON MY OREGON PContent fairly clean No language violence Kisses never detailed , and a mention of s x although it was pretty hard to catch and between a married couple but still Matt kinda seems to be considering adultery at one point.4 5 starsOverall, this is a worthwhile read for a summer afternoon or, for me, a Christmas break afternoon Kellyn Roth, Reveries Reviews `DOWNLOAD BOOK ⇺ Where Two Hearts Meet ↺ Two Sisters, Two Heartwarming Romance NovellasThere S No Better Place For Romance, Forgiveness, And Second Chances Than The Sweet Something TeashopTea For TwoAllison Bennett, Co Owner Of A Financially Strapped Teashop In Princeton, New Jersey, Receives A Large Anonymous Check That Saves Her Business But She Has No Idea Who Sent It Could It Be From Peter Hillinger, The Wealthy Businessman Who Owns The Shop Next Door And Wants To Win Allison S Heart Or Is It From Tyler Lawrence, Allison S Old Boyfriend, Who Returns To Town Claiming A Renewed Faith And A Changed Life Allison Doesn T Know Whom To Trust Should She Follow Her Head Or Heart, Or Is There Someone Else Who Can Guide Her Toward The Best Path For Her Future Wherever Love Takes UsAfter Twenty Five Years Of Marriage, Matt And Tessa Malone Are Struggling To Recover Financially And Rebuild Trust Following A Business Failure Then Matt Inherits Property In Oregon, And He Wants To Move The Family There To Make A Fresh Start But Tessa Can T Imagine Giving Up The Cozy Teashop She Co Owns With Her Sister, Or Leaving Her Friends And Family In Princeton Whose Dream Will They Follow, And How Much Will It Cost Their Family Can They Resolve Their Differences And Rebuild A Love That Seems Lost Tea For Two Was Orginally Published In Kiss The Bride, And Wherever Love Takes Us Was Originally Published In Wedded Bliss These Two Novellas Have Been Expanded, Updated, And Put Together In One Book
